Mainfreight Standards Terms and Conditions apply and can be referred to via the following link

Charges May Vary

If dimensions and weight differ from what has been initially declared the right is reserved to correct accordingly and recharge as required

If the actual pickup or delivery location differs from what has been initially declared the right is reserved to pass on additional charges based on the correct location.

If no one is able accept delivery or an incorrect address is provided the goods will be held in depot and the receiver notified by phone to collect.

Depot collection and drop off will incur a handling charge of $20

Right of Refusal

Where the Mainfreight team ascertain that goods are not suitably packaged to allow safe transport, we reserve the right to require that the items in question are suitably repackaged for shipping.

It is the sole opinion of the Mainfreight team in determining whether goods are sufficiently packaged to provide suitable protection against potential damage to these or other goods in transit.

If it is not possible for the goods to be suitably repackaged to avoid potential damage, Mainfreight reserve the right to refuse to transport the items in their current state.

Alternative packaging options will be discussed with the appropriate parties should such a situation arise
