How It Works

The entire process of organising your goods to be picked up, transported throughout New Zealand, and delivered to the receiver can be completed online.

Payment is also completed online via a secure credit card transaction

The 3 simple and easy steps are detailed below:

1. Get an Estimate

Our site allows you to source an obligation free estimate for moving your goods from pickup to delivery within New Zealand. Clicking on the Get Estimate link anywhere on the site will take you through getting an estimate.

Simply enter:

The overall size and weight of the goods you want to send

Where it is being picked up from

Where it is being delivered to

The value of the goods (if you wish to arrange insurance through Mainfreight Precision)

Then click on Get Estimate and the estimated cost will be displayed

2. Ready to Ship?

If you wish to accept the estimate and arrange pickup, this can also be done online

Once you have your estimate, simply click on the ‘Book Now’ Button

Enter in the Pickup and Delivery address details, along with contact details for both parties

Enter the day and time the goods will be available from to be picked up

Confirm basic details of how many packages are being collected, and a description of the goods

Add any special instructions if applicable (eg ‘collect from back door’, ‘beware of dog’)

Then hit the ‘Next’ button and the details will be displayed for you to check and confirm

3. Complete Payment

Complete the process by entering your Credit Card Payment Details via our secure site, then click ‘Pay Now’.

Once your payment details are confirmed you will receive an onscreen transaction reference, along with your consignment note number which can be used to Track and trace your shipment.

These details can be printed or emailed for your reference.

Our team will then call to confirm the pickup and delivery of your goods.
