  • Please clear the area where any furniture, furnishings, appliances, or delivery items are to be placed prior to the delivery.


  • Our team are experienced in the pickup and delivery of goods in homes.


  • The delivery team has the right to identify potential hazards that may prevent a safe delivery.



  • If it is deemed unsafe or doorways, stairwells, pathways, driveways or any hallways etc are identified as preventing a safe and damage free delivery then the goods will be left in an alternative position at the same delivery address.


  • The delivery team cannot handle furnishings or any items that are not listed on the delivery documents.


  • The above conditions also apply with regard to the pickup of items.
